A lawyer by profession, practicing advocate, and certified fraud examiner with a bias in business law. 12 years of legal and practical experience in statutory compliance, business regulatory and continuous filing, company incorporation, intellectual property practice, immigration practice, contract drafting, and negotiation. All clients’ work is done personally, a practice that the majority of clients that engage us, do prefer.

Was vetted and approved to act as Company Secretary for Desert Exchange Ltd, a forex bureau and money transfer company in Uganda, by the Bank of Uganda (Non-Bank Financial Institutions Section) in 2015, nolonger acting, vetted and approved to act as director (legal & compliance) for Abacus Insurance Brokers (U) Ltd, by The Insurance Regulatory Authority of Uganda in 2022 and still acting.
Lecturer of Business and Commercial Law for the Institute of Certified Public Accounts of Uganda (ICPAU) and Association of Business Executive (ABE UK) courses under Management and Accountancy Training Company Ltd (MAT) 2016-2018 now MAT-ABACUS.
